- Shareholder & Securities Litigation – handling disputes involving minority oppression, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and SEC investigations.
- High-Impact Cases – from defending a nationwide restaurant chain in class actions, to securing favorable settlements for Tier 1 automotive suppliers, healthcare enterprises, and technology firms.
Beyond the courtroom, Gabriel serves as Hiring Partner for Honigman’s Summer Associates program and as Global Chair of Interlaw’s Litigation Group, where he fosters the next generation of legal leaders while building global collaboration across the industry.
His career includes prior experience at leading firms such as Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, King & Spalding LLP, and Sidley Austin LLP. A graduate of New York University School of Law, Gabriel combines top-tier training with a track record of results for clients across industries, including automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and emerging companies.
