Nomination Criteria

Your ERG must demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:

Entrepreneurial Support Initiatives:
- Programs, events, or resources that support Hispanic and Latino ventures (e.g., mentorship programs, funding initiatives, accelerators).
Community Impact:
- Quantifiable outcomes showing how your ERG positively impacts Latino and Hispanic ventures or entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy:
- Initiatives that promote inclusivity, equity, and representation in the entrepreneurial and startup space.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborations with Hispanic-serving organizations, accelerators, investors, or educational institutions that support Latino-founded ventures.
Innovative Programs:
- Unique or creative approaches to empowering Hispanic and Latino ventures (e.g., pitch competitions, skill development workshops).
