During her tenure as Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Dr. Betty® oversaw 1000 branches, 10,000 employees, and over $350 billion in deposits and investments.

Under her leadership, JPMorgan Chase achieved #1 Market Share in key California markets two years in a row, as indicated in FDIC data 7/1/2022 – 6/30/2023 and same period the prior year; a 43% deposit increase, and successfully transformed its employee-centered culture and operational integrity.

Similar turnaround cultural and bottom line, sustainable results were achieved prior in three major banks in the United States.
