Starting his career as a coder in Accenture’s Tech Practice, Damian spent over 21 years at Accenture, where he rose to the position of Managing Director in the Resources Utilities practice. Specializing in customer care transformation and digital strategy for utilities, Damian led large-scale projects that revolutionized how utilities engage with their customers through digital capabilities. He has played a pivotal role in guiding organizations through the complexities of digital transformation, from strategy development to system implementation.
Damian’s academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School. His blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit has made him a leader in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
Since joining Angeles Investors in 2020 as a Founding Member, Damian has actively contributed to the network’s mission to support innovative Hispanic and Latinx ventures. As a Selection Committee Member, he has helped identify and fund high-potential startups that align with Angeles Investors’ goals.
