Frank Carbajal began his career in leadership development and quickly made a name for himself through his dedication to empowering the Latino community. He is the Founder and President of Es Tiempo, LLC, a consulting firm focused on leadership development, and the author of “Building the Latino Future.” Frank’s passion for leadership and community development has driven him to excel and inspire others.

Frank is also the Founder of the Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit, which brings the top thought leaders from across the country to Stanford University. Additionally, he has co-authored “El Futuro Latino,” published in 14 Latin American countries, including Mexico. Frank was part of Ken Blanchard’s network of keynote speakers, providing small business owners, CEOs, executives, managers, and directors with the framework and tools necessary to achieve their personal best. He holds an MA with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from San Jose State University. He and his wife Molly live in Santa Clara, California, where Frank is most proud of his three daughters.

Recognized for his contributions to leadership development, he has also received accolades such as the “Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit” recognition. His work has not only benefited Angeles Investors but also had a broader impact by providing guidance to future Latino leaders through his consulting firm and publications. Frank has been awarded the 2013 Father of the Year award by Building Peaceful Families, and he was inducted into the East Side Hall of Fame for his dedication and leadership in East San Jose.
