He founded Conic Group, a Chicago-based innovation consulting firm, where he works with leaders across sectors to imagine and implement transformative changes. Ruben’s leadership roles include design manager at McDonald’s Corporation, customer experience manager at PwC Chicago, and leader of user-based design at Second Road in Sydney.
