Investment
We are open to all applications regardless of race color or skin. If you’re interested in joining our mission to find, fund and grow Hispanic & Latino ventures, you must:
Founder, Co-Founder, board member or main investor is Hispanic or Latinx
Company must be based in the United States
Management team has 5+ years industry experience
Seed Stage or Series A with a Lead Investor
Raising between $1MM and $3MM
Completed and tested product or service (MVP)
Target market exceeds $1 billion with high growth potential
Revenue and customer traction, Defined and sustainable competitive advantage
Founder, board member or main investor is Hispanic or Latinx
Company must be based in the United States
Seed Stage or Series A with a Lead Investor

Raising between $1MM and $3MM
